Pre-boarding is the period between offer acceptance and the employee onboarding process, which in PeopleSoft, typically begins when the employee has their employee ID (EMPID). EMPID is typically created closer to the employee’s start date. But, what are you doing in keeping your new hires engaged from offer acceptance throughout the pre-boarding period, especially if that period could be weeks or months?
Come see how you can have a pre-boarding process for your new hires that allow you to define any tasks to be completed, or present any information to the new hire way before Start Date or Day 1 – And, you can do all this without having their employee ID (EMPID) created. Whatever you want to present or collect: Welcome Information, Company Information and Videos, capture Employee Information and Emergency Contacts, complete Payroll and Taxes forms — and Form I-9, review Policies or Company Benefits – you name it, we can present it to the new hire during the pre-boarding period. And, any information that is collected during the pre-boarding period can automatically be updated in the corresponding PeopleSoft tables – by a push of a button, without having you manually enter the information into PeopleSoft! Finally, we understand one size doesn’t fit all – bring your pre-boarding scenarios / requirements with you and we can verify if it can become part of YOUR pre-boarding process!
